Who processes your data
Knight Age Reborn is a private server run by a community of players. It is not an official GNISoft product. For anything related to your data, reach us on Discord.
This policy explains what data we collect when you save your spot for the beta and what we do with it. In short: your email, your class and, if you want, your in-game name, only to tell you about the launch.
What we store
Email address, starting class and, if you type it, the name you would like to use. We also store the language, the date and version of your consent, the source of the visit (for example Discord or Instagram) and a hash of your IP to limit abuse. We do not store your IP in plain text.
What we use it for
Only to manage pre-registration: sending the confirmation code, your founder pass and the launch notices. We do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties.
How long
Up to 90 days after the beta opens. If you unsubscribe earlier, we delete your email and keep only an anonymous record of consent.
Your rights
You can request access, correction or deletion from the unsubscribe link in any email or on Discord. We answer within 30 days.
If translations differ, the Spanish version prevails.
